Currently under construction, the new satellite government building was designed with brick and metal exterior finishes, reminiscent of the main government building, but in a simple modernist design to complement nearby new developments. The two-story over basement structure will house an elections center and several county government offices. Menendez Architects master planned the site to also include 20 pre-manufactured worker housing units.
