Located on an adjoining lot to the owner’s main residence in Snowmass Village, Colorado, this ski-in ski-out house was repurposed as a fitness center and guest quarters as part of a family compound. The custom addition and remodel accommodates an indoor lap pool and transformed the combined 7,104-square-foot interior spaces to fully serve the all-encompassing wellness concept. New outdoor patios, activity spaces, and the landscaping further contribute to the utility of the exterior and solidify the relationship between the associated structure and the main residence.
