Modern Snowmass Townhouse

This early-1980s three-story townhouse in Snowmass Village, Colorado was re-envisioned to meet the modern sensibility and functional requirements of its new owners from Florida. The existing construction was removed down to the studs and rebuilt anew. The design created an appealing airiness to the 3,095-square-foot townhouse, which is enhanced by the new interior furnishings and décor. To meet the rigorous and limited construction schedule imposed by the HOA (mid-April to early June and early September to late November), everything had be pre-planned, selected, and clearly communicated to successfully avoid delays during construction.
